Say Goodbye to Tough Guy Myth!
Lunch Talk on Men’s Mental Wellness

This lunch talk, co-organised by the CUHK Library, the Committee Against Discrimination and Sexual Harassment (CADSH), and the Human Resources Office, features frontline social worker and service users from The Mental Health Association of Hong Kong’s Jockey Club “Men’s Space” Programme who will share their experiences. From a men’s perspective, the speakers will, together with the participants, explore the dilemmas caused by societal expectations. Additionally, the talk will equip participants with the skills to become effective supporters, offering appropriate assistance to male peers and fostering a learning and working environment of mutual respect and care, while actively practicing gender equality in daily life.
Sandwiches and drinks will be served on a first come, first served basis. All staff and students (of all genders) are welcome to join!
